My husband and I were referred to Forte but our former tax accountant that retired. We will not be back. After a month of waiting, I called on a Monday to check on our taxes. Chelsea said to call back Friday because they would be prepared then. I called that Friday, they were still not done. I then called the following Friday. Chelsea and the receptionist had a field day tossing me around playing phone tag. When I finally spoke to the accountant he talked down to me as if I don't handle family's finances. Then when I went to pick up my taxes, Chelsea and the receptionist made jabs at me when I came to pick up my taxes. Completely rude and unprofessional. Grow up ladies.

Keeping track of our financials with Brian. He makes sure we're doing ok and encourages us in keeping our money safe and growing. Brian is a great guy - so nice to work with someone we can trust to keep us comfortable in our retirement.
